1. Scope of Policy:
This policy applies to all orders placed through www.consultmicrobio.in, including physical products (e.g., Microbiology, Life Sciences, Biotech products that include consumables and instruments ) and digital deliverables (e.g., consultation reports, or digital files). Delivery terms may vary based on the nature of the product or service ordered.
2. Shipping of Physical Products
2.1. Order Processing Time
Orders for physical products are typically processed within 2-3 weeks from the date of order confirmation, subject to product availability and payment verification.
You will receive an order confirmation email with estimated delivery timelines once your order is processed.
2.2. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to all major cities and regions within India.
Before placing any International orders, please check with us at support@consultmicrobio.in for availability and additional costs.
2.3. Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
A tracking number will be provided via email /SMS/ WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
2.4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. These will be displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain value, subject to promotional terms.
Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or additional fees for domestic/international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
2.5. Delivery Timelines
Domestic deliveries within India typically take 3-7 working days after dispatch, subject to destination location.
Remote or rural areas may take/require additional time (up to 7–15 working days)
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, courier delays, or holidays/war) are beyond our control, but we will keep you informed.
3. Delivery of Digital Services or Reports
3.1. Processing Time
Digital deliverables, such as consultation reports, test results, or e-documents, are typically delivered within the mutually agreed-upon timeline as specified in the agreement or duly acknowledged an email from our end.
3.2. Delivery Method
Digital deliverables will be sent to the email address provided during order placement or through a secure download link on www.consultmicrobio.in.
Ensure your email address is accurate to avoid delivery issues. ConsultMicrobio is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information.
3.3. Access Issues
If you experience issues accessing digital deliverables, contact us at info@consultmicrobio.in within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
4. Order Tracking
For physical products, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in the dispatch confirmation email or WhatsApp
For digital services, updates on processing status will be communicated via email or your account on www.consultmicrobio.in or WhatsApp
5. Damaged or Defective Product
Physical Products: If you receive a damaged or defective please notify us within 07 (Seven) days from the date of delivery at info@consultmicrobio.in with photos nature of the complaint and order details. Replacemet/Refund will be initiated only when the product is returned to our warehouse, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Digital Deliverables: If there is an error in the report or file delivered, contact us within 07 (Seven) days for corrections or re-delivery.
6. Non-Deliverable Situations
Orders may not be delivered if:
The provided address is incorrect or incomplete.
No recipient is available at the time of delivery (after multiple attempts by the courier).
In such cases, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery. Additionally, any damage to the product due to the said event will not be eligible for replacement/refund of the product in any manner.
In addition to the above clauses, for the International shipment, please note that all our shipments will be dispatched on Ex-works (Before placing orders, please check with us for availabilty of product in your region), the customer will be solely liable for Customs clearance, other expenses, and demurrage incurred due to delay in clearance, etc.
7. Cancellations and Modifications
Once orders are placed cannot be modified; thus, we request all our customers to take extra caution while placing the order.
